We believe every woman and girl have the power within to transform her world. Across the globe women and girls still face discrimination based on gender.

Gender inequality underpins many problems which disproportionately affect women, such as domestic and sexual violence, inadequate health care, and infant mortality. Girls are being human trafficked, child brides, lack of education and the skills to live a healthy, productive, and successful lives.

We Are The Change Leadership Summit is to serve all attendees from the inside out through our delegates personal stories, real talk, candid conversations, and who are knowledgeable in their field that will transform, educate, and inspire leaders, whether business owners, ministry leaders, humanitarians or philanthropist seeking to do more than talk about problem, but be apart of the solution.
